SNAP HAPPY PHOTO BOOTH SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern text messages (SMS and MMS) sent by Snap Happy Photo Booth, Inc ("Snap Happy Photo Booth," "we," "us"). By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from us, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 1: PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Snap Happy Photo Booth sends customer-care text messages only to customers who have requested a quote or booked a reservation with us and have agreed to receive texts. Messages relate to your own reservation and may include: reservation and appointment confirmations; event-day logistics and coordination such as arrival and setup time, venue access and attendant details; requests for event details or photos of the space; scheduling a call with our event team; and delivery of your event photo and video gallery link. You can reply to any message to text directly with our event team. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages under this program.
SECTION 2: HOW YOU OPT IN
You consent to receive text messages from Snap Happy Photo Booth only when you agree, verbally on a booking or consultation call with our event team, to receive reservation and event-day text messages at your mobile number. Your consent is recorded in your reservation record before any text is sent. Submitting your phone number through a form on our website does not sign you up for text messages; we use it only to call or email you about your quote. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. When you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message: "Snap Happy Photo Booth: You are opted in to receive reservation and event-day text messages. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
SECTION 3: MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies by event and depends on your reservation and the details we need to coordinate. Most customers receive a small number of messages in the weeks before, on the day of, and shortly after their event.
SECTION 4: MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to and from your mobile number, according to your mobile carrier plan. Snap Happy Photo Booth does not charge for text messages. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
SECTION 5: HOW TO OPT OUT (STOP)
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed: "Snap Happy Photo Booth: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further text messages from us. Reply UNSTOP to resubscribe." You may also opt out by contacting support@snaphappyphotobooth.net or (410) 657-5913. To rejoin, reply UNSTOP or ask a member of our event team.
SECTION 6: HELP AND SUPPORT
For help, reply HELP to any message, email support@snaphappyphotobooth.net, or call (410) 657-5913. When you reply HELP you will receive: "Snap Happy Photo Booth: For help, call (410) 657-5913 or email support@snaphappyphotobooth.net. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
SECTION 7: SUPPORTED CARRIERS
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and network availability.
SECTION 8: PRIVACY
Your mobile number, SMS opt-in consent and text messaging originator opt-in data will not be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. How we collect, use and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.snaphappyphotobooth.net/privacy-policy.
SECTION 9: CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date shows when they were last revised. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
