WHY CHOOSE THE SNAP HAPPY EXPERIENCE?

We guarantee exciting and memorable entertainment that showcases your style and vision. 

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT IN A PICTURE?

Our booths are spacious and can comfortably fit up to 10 people. All of our booths are wheelchair accessible.

HOW DO I SECURE MY DATE?

Our easy-to-navigate booking process can be completed on our website. Our calendar is always up to date.  Reserve your date and time with just a $50 booking fee.

HOW MUCH ROOM IS NEEDED FOR MY BOOTH?

We follow the 10 10 10 rule. We will need a 10ft x 10ft space. We will also need to be 10ft from an electrical outlet. We recommend having the booth against the wall.

WHEN IS THE REMAINING BALANCE DUE?

The remaining balance is due 5 days before your date. An invoice will be emailed to you after you select your template.

WHAT TIME DOES THE ATTENDANT ARRIVE?

Your attendant will arrive 1 hour before your start time to set up.

WHAT AREA DO YOU SERVE?

We provide our award-winning service in the DMV area and The Delaware Valley.

WHAT WILL MY ATTENDANT WEAR?

Your friendly attendant will wear all black business attire unless you request casual attire.

WHAT ARE THE HIDDEN FEES? WHAT IS THE TRAVEL FEE?

There is no travel fees for events within the DMV & The Delaware Valley. There are no hidden fees. To uphold the same level of excellence during peak holiday periods, please be aware that our pricing is subject to change.

WHAT SIZE PICTURES CAN I PRINT? ARE THEY UNLIMITED?

At no additional cost, you can select 2x6 printed pictures or 4x6 printed pictures. Yes!  Everyone who takes a picture, can get a printed picture.

WHY HAVE AN ATTENDANT?

Our attendants will bring, set up, and take down the station. They will also assist and support your guest as they capture those magic moments!

HOW CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY SNAP HAPPY EXPERIENCE?

The same day you reserve your date and time, your Event  Liaison will contact you and guide you through the customization process.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DIGITAL GALLERY?

You will receive instructions & access to your digital gallery 3 business day after your event.

WILL OUR ATTENDANT BE VACCINATED AGAINST COVID-19?

Our attendants are vaccinated. They will also wear a mask upon your request.

WHAT IS THE BEST LOCATION FOR OUR PHOTO OR VIDEO BOOTH?

We suggest being close to high-energy areas such as the bar, dance floor, or activity station. We do not recommend stationing the booth by the food, bathroom, or entrance. Guest are usually not ready for putting on zany hats at these locations.

Who Can View My Event Content?

When customizing your reservation, you'll have the flexibility to choose between making your event gallery public or applying password protection to ensure privacy.
