Snap Happy Photo Booth, Inc (“Snap Happy,” “we,” “us”) is a photo booth, 360 booth and event entertainment rental company serving DC, Maryland and Virginia. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website (snaphappyphotobooth.net), our quote and reservation forms, our phone and text communications, and our services.

Contact and reservation details you give us: name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, venue name or event city, and any messages or details you send us.
Event content: photos, videos and other media created at your event through our booths and services.
Communication records: emails, calls and text messages exchanged with our team, including your SMS opt-in and opt-out status.
Technical data: device, browser and usage information collected when you visit our website, and advertising identifiers such as click IDs used to measure how you found us.
SECTION 2: HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
To respond to your quote request and to book, schedule, deliver and support your reservation.
To communicate with you about your reservation by email, phone and, with your consent, text message (see Section 3).
To deliver your event photo and video gallery.
To improve our services and website.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
SECTION 3: TEXT MESSAGING (SMS/MMS)
With your consent, Snap Happy Photo Booth sends customer-care text messages about your own reservation, such as reservation confirmations, event-day logistics and coordination, requests for event details, and your photo/video gallery link. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages. Message frequency varies by event. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and get help by replying HELP or contacting support@snaphappyphotobooth.net or (410) 657-5913. Mobile information and SMS consent: We will not share or sell your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in consent, or text messaging originator opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories in Section 4 exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
SECTION 4: SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: service providers who help us run our business (for example, our phone and messaging platform, scheduling, payment, email and gallery-hosting providers), who may use it only to provide services to us; event staff and venue or planner contacts as needed to deliver your event; and authorities or others when required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud or harm.
SECTION 5: YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
Text messages: reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contact us.
Access, correction or deletion: contact us at support@snaphappyphotobooth.net and we will respond to your request as required by applicable law.
SECTION 6: DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on our website.
